15-Day Prototype Sampling SOP
- Day 1–3: CAD blueprint finalization and fabric swatch selection.
- Day 4–8: CNC wood frame cutting, joinery assembly, and steel mechanism fitting.
- Day 9–12: Precision foam shaping, upholstery cutting, and double-stitched tailoring.
- Day 13–14: 10-stage internal QC inspection, 100-cycle mechanism function test.
- Day 15: High-definition video inspection dispatched to client followed by express DHL air courier.
