Located in Longjiang Town, Shunde City—China's Furniture Capital—our dedicated testing laboratory operates alongside the provincial National Furniture Testing and Inspection Center (福建省鞋类产品质量监督检验中心).

Every batch of athletic modular sofas, lifestyle trainers, casual living furniture, and recovery slides undergoes rigorous physical testing conforming to international standards including CertiPUR-US & CAL 117 TM55, ISO 20344, ASTM F2413, and EN ISO 17708. From cold-flex endurance at -10°C to high-temperature UV solar aging, we ensure your furniture performs under extreme climate conditions across North America, Europe, and worldwide retail markets.

IQC: Incoming Raw Materials

Every batch of incoming Flyknit mesh, TPU sheets, action leather, EVA pellets, and rubber soles undergoes rigorous bench testing before warehouse release:

• Textile color fastness to wet/dry crocking (ISO 105-X12 ≥ Grade 4)
• Upper tear resistance & tensile elongation verification
• EVA midsole rebound resilience test & Shore C hardness check
• Zero phthalates & toxic azo dyes certification audit

IPQC: CNC Cutting & Skiving

Multi-ply oscillating knife cutting beds cut upholstery fabrics with CAD digital nesting accuracy:

• Dimensional tolerance strictly held within ±0.5 mm per piece
• Bevel edge skiving thickness measured with digital micrometer
• Fabric grain and texture alignment check across modular sectional units
• Automated thermal stamping and piece numbering verification

IPQC: Computerized Stitching

Uppers stitched on CNC automated pattern machines and post-bed machines inspected in-line:

• Uniform stitch pitch (8 to 10 stitches per inch) with zero thread drop
• Lace eyelet and webbing loop pull-out force test (≥ 180 N)
• Hot-melt TPU film overlay temperature and bond check
• Anatomical collar foam alignment and tongue centering check

IPQC: upholstering & Sole Bonding

Computerized hydraulic upholstering and conveyor assembly line strictly governed by temperature and pressure curves:

• furniture last toe-spring curvature and heel centerline optical alignment
• Infrared adhesive activation oven monitored continuously (55°C–65°C)
• 6-Bar hydraulic 3D wrap-around sole pressing for 12–15 seconds
• Sole peel adhesion destructive test every 500 sets (≥ 3.5 N/mm)

FQC: 100% Needle Detector & Finish

Every finished furniture must clear complete cosmetic cleaning and electromagnetic security screening:

• 100% Conveyor metal needle detector scan (Calibrated to 0.8mm Fe)
• Thermal air de-creasing, glue stain wiping, and clean trim finish
• Left/right symmetry check, size label alignment, and barcode scan
• High-strength export carton strapping and silica gel desiccant loading

OQC: Pre-Shipment AQL 2.5

Independent QA team or buyer third-party inspectors (SGS, BV, Intertek, QIMA) conduct random audits:

• Conforming to ISO 2859-1 / ANSI ASQ Z1.4 Level II sampling
• Critical Defects: 0 accepted | Major Defects: AQL 1.5 | Minor: AQL 2.5
• Drop test of master cartons from 76cm on all 6 sides and corners
• Full seal documentation signed before container departure
